Ted Hayes is a psychological research scientist. Hayes has had successful careers in both the private sector (Gallup Consulting) and public sector (US Intelligence Community).

In addition to proprietary/classified client validation studies, he has published numerous peer-reviewed publications in top-tier academic and practitioner journals on personnel assessment and selection as well as employee attitudes, has co-edited one book and published chapters in others, and has made multiple dozens of presentations for clients and at academic conferences.

He has a SHRM-CP certification in addition to the SHRM/CalTech Advanced Certification in Technology and a certificate in data science from eCornell.
