Having made a talent-aware hire you now must engage that new hire and integrate them into your organization. You have likely hired people before: what is different about hiring with Pythia Cyber's services? The difference is that just as you were able to take their talent into account when you hire them, you can now take their talent into account as you bring them up to speed.

Specifically we help you craft a plan for those crucial first 90 days. This plan helps set expectations on both ends of the challenge: figuring out what you can expect from them (engaging them) and figuring out what you can expect to provide to them (integrating them). At the start of the 90 day period we focus on getting them oriented and aware of our expectations. By the end of the 90 day period we focus on what you are going to get from them in the way of measurable output.

Talented people want to learn and they want to achieve. They can be self-starters
and at a lower level you probably want to let them do their thing but at a higher
level if you don't set expectations you are asking for trouble. Waiting to see if
this balance just happens is not a strategy we recommend.
