Pythia Cyber has collaborated with our talent partner, Conchie & Associates, to create a cybersecurity assessment with unique features:

  • Validated through AI-based review of 10-K filings, AI-based review of cybersecurity job openings and AI-based review of cybersecurity performance standards.

  • Cybersecurity ‘talent stack’ developed specifically for cybersecurity – not repurposed from other occupations or based on foundational human individual differences (e.g., “Big 5” factors of personality, general mental ability)

  • Built on the premise that talent is found along discrete dimensions reflecting leadership, motivation, interpersonal skills, capacity to persuade others, and approach to planning and executing work schedules

  • Reflecting a practice based on decades of empirical studies as summarized in a peer-reviewed meta-analysis at a top-tier academic/practitioner journal ( Schmidt & Rader, 1999) Administered using materials and a platform that ensure minimization of potential score differences based on work-irrelevant factors
